Are Arthur Andrew products vegan?

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes. Arthur Andrew Medical’s line of products are not genetically engineered organisms (GMO) as defined by the National Organic Standards Board. Genetically engineered is defined as: Made with techniques that alter the molecular or cellular biology of an organism by means that are not possible under natural conditions or processes. Genetic engineering includes recombinant DNA, cell fusion, micro-and macro-encapsulation, gene deletion and doubling, introducing a foreign gene, and changing the position of genes. It shall not include breeding, conjugation, fermentation, hybridization, in-vitro fertilization, and tissue culture.

Further testing has also been conducted to determine whether any common GMO material is present in the product. A copy of the lab analysis can be downloaded on each specific product page.

Are your products organic?

Most of the Arthur Andrew Medical product line is comprised of components that are not farmed and/or pulled from the ground, therefore they cannot be organic by definition. Organic certifications are for materials that are farmed and thus may come into contact with pesticides and techniques that may impact the environment and potential safety of the resulting crop or meat. Since our products are not farmed, we undertake additional testing procedures to ensure there is no cross-contamination or potential exposure to pesticides and GMO materials. How can I track my order?

Once you place an order with Arthur Andrew Medical, you will receive an automated email once the shipment has been processed. This email will include the courier and tracking number associated with the shipment. The automated emails are sent after the close of business, so please allow 24 hours from the time of your order for the shipping confirmation to arrive. Please also make sure that is marked as a safe sender to ensure that the tracking emails arrive to your inbox.

What are the origins of the ingredients in your products?

All Arthur Andrew Medical products are manufactured in Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) compliant facilities located within the United States. Some of the product components are sourced from CGMP facilities outside of the US, but each facility is thoroughly vetted prior to sourcing, and each ingredient is tested for identity, safety, and strength prior to entering our production facilities.

We strive to find the best sources for materials, regardless of their location, whether in India, Thailand, Korea, or Mexico.

What couriers do you use?

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. In rare occasions, other carriers such as UPS or DHL may be utilized at the discretion of Arthur Andrew Medical. If FedEx shipping is not available in your area, or the delivery address is a PO Box, your package will be shipped automatically via USPS. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority service, depending on the weight.

Does Arthur Andrew Medical ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all our products internationally. Most shipments are sent without issue, but may require additional information from the intended recipient so we can improve the likelihood of a successful and prompt delivery. Please include an email address and phone number for any orders going to a location outside of the United States. Also, for orders being shipped to countries such as Japan and China, please provide the delivery address in English to improve the likelihood of a successful delivery.

What type of payment do you accept?

Online orders can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Pay with Amazon. If you wish to pay by check, money order, or cash, please contact our offices by calling 800.448.5015.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. We are happy to amend or cancel an order that we have not yet shipped. Please contact our offices by phone at 800.448.5015 as soon as possible to make any changes or to cancel an order. If an order has been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any required changes, which we will address on a case by case basis.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military (APO) addresses?

Yes. We ship to both PO and APO boxes.
